Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Format

  1. Abstracts must be submitted either in PDF or word format only and should not be password protected.
  2. Abstract presented should be original work from the authors.
  3. All the contributed authors must be listed in the abstract authors with one designated as corresponding author for all correspondence from conference team for conference updates.
  4. Complete contact details of the corresponding author must be provided in the abstract.
  5. All authors must provide their conflict of interest before submission.
  6. The abstract title must be clear and reflect the content of the abstract description.
  7. The sample abstract can be downloaded from the website or can be requested from the program manager before submission.

Abstract Guidelines

The abstract must be submitted either online through an online link or through the email to the concerned program manager. Below are the outlines of the abstract submission:

  1. All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  2. Abstract must contain title, author(s), affiliation(s) of author(s), and abstract text. Abstract body should have 300-400 words only.
  3. It should not contain references, images or tables.
  4. Mathematical symbols and equations can be typed in or embedded as images.
  5. Only 1 abstract submitted for each session listed in the abstract submission link. Duplicates will be rejected.
  6. Changes to the abstract can be made until 30 days before the conference.
  7. After abstract submission online, a confirmation message including your abstract number will be displayed and you will receive a confirmation email, with the help of reference number you can be able to track their abstract status.
  8. Standard abbreviations should be used in abstract.

Abstract Peer Review Process

  1. Our Organizing Committee members and review team conduct a blind review process for the received abstracts.
  2. Submitted abstracts must adhere to the provided guidelines.
  3. The corresponding author will be notified of abstract acceptance through email and WhatsApp, accompanied by an acceptance letter.
  4. Criteria of acceptance includes quality, plagiarism, format, etc.
  5. Acceptance or rejection of abstract will be the decision of our review team.
  6. Upon abstract acceptance, authors are required to complete their registration, confirming their slot in the event.
