Abstract Submission Guidelines

Keynote Presentation

• Submit your Keynote abstract (250–300 words) by the designated deadline

• Include title, full name, affiliation, contact details, and a short biography (100–150 words)

• Indicate that this is a “Keynote Presentation” in your email subject or form submission

• Accepted file formats: .doc, or .pdf

• Presentation Duration: 40–45 minutes, presentation should be in .ppt format

• All necessary equipment, including a projector, screen, and mic will be provided for your presentation

• Q&A session: 5–10 minutes (included in total time)

• Use clear fonts, high-quality images, and minimal text per slide

Oral Presentation

• Submit an abstract of 250–300 words including the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and keywords

• Include title, full name, affiliation, contact details, and a short biography (100–150 words)

• Indicate that this is a “Oral Presentation” in your email subject or form submission

• Accepted file formats: .doc, or .pdf

• All necessary AV equipment, including a projector, screen, and mic will be provided for your presentation

• Presentation Duration: 25–30 minutes, presentation should be in ppt format

Poster Presentation

• Submit an abstract of 250–300 words, including the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and keywords

• Include full name, affiliation, contact details, and a short biography (100–150 words)

• Accepted file formats: .ppt, .doc, or .pdf

• The poster must be in A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm)

• It should fit within the poster board dimensions of 950 mm (width) x 1250 mm (height)

• Posters must be presented in portrait orientation only

• The design should communicate a clear, focused message

• Avoid overcrowding —clarity is key

• Display Duration: Posters will be displayed throughout the conference

Video Presentation

• Submit an abstract of 250–300 words, including the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and keywords

• Include title, full name, affiliation, contact details, and a short biography (100–150 words)

• Indicate that this is a “Video Presentation” in your email subject or form submission

• Presentation Duration: 15 minutes (pre-recorded video format) • Accepted file formats: .mp4

• Ensure clear audio and visuals, and include slides or visuals in the video if applicable

• Submit your final video at least 3 weeks before the conference

Workshop

• Submit an abstract of 250–300 words, including the title, presenter(s), affiliation(s), and keywords

• Include title, full name, affiliation, contact details, and a short biography (100–150 words)

• Workshop Duration: 45–60 minutes (including Q&A or hands-on activity time)

• Clearly outline the objective, format, and target audience of the workshop in your abstract

• Mention any materials, equipment, or technical requirements needed

• Accepted file formats: .doc, or .pdf (for outlines or supporting documents)

• Presenters are encouraged to promote interactive engagement through discussion, case studies, or demonstrations

E-Poster Presentation

• Submit an abstract of 250–300 words, including the title, presenter(s), affiliation(s), and keywords

• Include title, full name, affiliation, contact details, and a short biography (100–150 words)

• E-Posters must be submitted in PDF format (1 page only)

• Recommended resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels.

• Use clear fonts like Arial or Calibri; minimum font size: 18 pt.

• Include high-quality images, graphs, and tables for visual support.

• Submit your final E-Poster at least 3 weeks before the conference

• E-Posters will be displayed on digital screens during the conference.
