Abstract Program

Registration and slots for the final program will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. We offer three registration options:
Online Registration: Registration can be completed from the conference websites through secure online secured gateways: Stripe or PayPal. Alternatively, registration can be conducted via credit card authorization. Debit/credit cards should have International Transactions enabled before making payment.
Wire Transfers: Users opting for offline registration will receive bank account details along with their billing information to complete registration through wire transfer. Please use your invoice number as reference. Confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment.
Onsite Registration: On-site registration can be made at the conference venue. Payment should be made in cash or through credit card authorization only.
Money orders, purchase orders (POs), Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, and cash will not be accepted for registration.

By accessing the Prezentis whole website, you agree to have a clear idea of terms and conditions of use outlined herein. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or utilize the site. Prezentis reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Such modifications and changes will be immediately effective upon updating this website. It is advised to check the website regularly.

An invitation letter can be provided only to the registered attendees of the conference on request. This letter doesn’t ensure for any country visa approval process. It will be just an invitation to attend the conference only.

• Due to the time and procedural requirements for obtaining a visa, we strongly advise applicants to initiate the visa application process as early as possible.
• Prezentis will not directly contact embassies or consultancies on behalf of applicants regarding visa matters.
• Visa-related issues, including failed applications or other complications, do not fall under Prezentis cancellation policies.
• It is the sole responsibility of delegates to ensure they apply for their visas with sufficient time and comply with the necessary procedures.
• Delegates are encouraged to contact their nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing for their visa applications.

It is the sole responsibility of the speaker/delegate to arrange their insurance coverage. Insurance and Transportation is not included in the registration. Prezentis don’t hold any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property irrespective of any reasons. Airport to Hotel and vice versa shuttle facility depends upon the hotel facility, which need to be arranged by own.

Filming of the speakers’ presentations is not allowed due to privacy concerns. Photographs will be taken by the conference photographer, which will be sent to registered attendees post 2 weeks of the conference.

• Cancellations must be made in writing, and Prezentis strictly adhere to our cancellation policies.
• Prezentis reserves the right to change policies without prior notice, including last-minute adjustments.
• The Organizer retains the sole discretion to cancel or postpone conferences or webinars in the event of natural disasters, calamities, terrorism, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Attendees will be notified by the respective program managers.
• The Organizer is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event beyond its control, including force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics, sabotage, accidents, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, registrations will remain valid for future conferences or webinars. Registration fees and accommodations will be automatically carried forward to future events, and refund policies will not apply.
• If a registrant is unable to attend the next scheduled conference/webinar date, they will receive full credit for the amount paid, which can be applied to attend any Prezentis conference organized within a span of 1 year.
• The Organizer does not accept liability for personal injuries or loss or damage to property belonging to delegates during or as a result of the conference/webinars.

• The refund policy will only apply when the registrant is eligible to receive a refund. Due to advance payments made towards venue bookings, printing, shipping, hotel reservations, and various overheads, the refund policy is structured as follows. Additionally, all bank charges incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the registrant.
• Registration cancelled before 90 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund (with a deduction of $100 towards administrative/service fee)
• Registration cancelled within 89-46 days of Conference: Eligible for 60% Refund
• Registration cancelled within 45 days of Conference: Non-refundable
• E-Poster and Video Presentations Payments will not be refunded.
• Registrations with limited costs (special discounts) are transferable to another person or event but are not refundable in cash or credit at any time.
• In the event of a VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to another conference or refunded according to the specified time policies.
• Webinar Registration Cancellations received no less than 25 days before the scheduled broadcast start time will be eligible for a full refund.
• Webinar Registration Cancellation requests received less than 24 days before the scheduled broadcast start time will not be eligible for a refund.
• Your webinar registration grants access to the live-webinar broadcast only.
• All webinars are recorded, and the recordings will be accessible only to registered attendees only.
• All cancellations or alterations of registration or registrants to be made in writing to conference manager & finance@prezentis.com.

As the accommodation cancellation policy is determined solely by the policies of the hotel, we kindly request that you notify us at least 60 days prior to the conferences regarding any changes, alterations, or cancellations for accommodation. Less than 60 days before the check-in date are not entitled for any refund. Refund policies will be different as per the venue.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method utilized during registration. Please allow 9-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account or on your statement.

• Internet user privacy is of paramount importance to Prezentis Conferences and our customers. We support the protection of client and consumers’ privacy rights as a fundamental element of our business.
• Message Recipient Policy - Before clients can receive mail from us, advertising, or promotions, the client must have agreed to receive such messages. Any recipient may request at any time to be removed from our list, and we will comply with that request. In addition, we will thoroughly investigate any allegations made by recipients relating to unsolicited messages.
• Policy against advertising our website using unsolicited email messages - We require that all e-mails from Prezentis Conferences are sent only to clients who have agreed to receive such messages. We prohibit any advertising of our brand and Web site using unsolicited email messages. Not complying with this policy will cause partnership termination and/or affiliate account termination.
• Unsubscribe any time - We require that each e-mail message sent out from Prezentis Conferences includes an easy way for subscribers to remove themselves via an unsubscribe link or by replying to the email with unsubscribe.
• If you receive a newsletter or email and decide you don’t like it, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

By registering for the conference, you authorize Prezentis to capture, record, and utilize your name, likeness, image, and comments. This includes the right to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit, and/or digitize the resulting materials in various publications, advertising materials, or any other form worldwide without compensation. Photography and videography during any session are strictly prohibited. If you prefer not to have your picture shared on the website for promotional purposes, please indicate so in your email.

Subject to compliance with our Terms and conditions, Prezentis grants personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and the use synopsis conferences websites conditioned with continued acceptance of Terms of Use. Prezentis reserves the right to restrict or suspend any user’s access to the websites.
