Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great honor to welcome you all to the Infectious Diseases 2026 Conference.

Medical History documents mankind’s struggle against extinction. Speaking as a medical Historian – infectious diseases pose a significant threat to our survival. Pandemics are more lethal than wars. They are a wildcard that can occur anywhere at any time and can spread rapidly with today’s fast global travel.
