They are a wildcard that can occur anywhere at any time and can spread rapidly with today’s fast global travel. We have to be vigilant, constantly monitoring the situation and be ready to respond to any potential threat immediately. To help with these objectives it is a great honour to invite you to the 3rd International Conference on Infectious Disease to be held in Lisbon, Portugal on June 11 and 12, 2026. The best way to progress is to have face to face contact to discuss various matters and to hear world leaders on the subject speak.
