1.A professional AV team will support all presentations. 2. Each talk is allocated 40–45 minutes. 3. No Q&A will follow individual talks. 4. 1.Each oral presentation is limited to 25–30 minutes.
2.Strictly follow the allotted time.
3. There will be no questions immediately following individual talks.
4. Discussion and Q&A will take place at the end of each session, grouped by topic.
5.AV support will be available in the hall for smooth operation.
6.Submit your presentation in one of the following formats: ppt, .doc, or .pdf
1.Poster size: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) and Poster board size: 950 mm wide × 1250 mm high
2.Ensure your poster fits within the allotted board space.
3.Design your poster to convey a clear, focused message.
4.Use a logical layout: Title → Introduction → Methods → Results → Conclusion.
5.Text and visuals should be easily readable from 2–3 meters away.
6.Maintain consistent font styles, colours, and spacing.
7.Be prepared to stand by your poster during the assigned session to explain and discuss your work.
1. All video presentation speakers must submit their pre-recorded video to the Program Manager at least 1 month prior to the conference.
2. Use a high-quality microphone, placed close to the mouth.
3. Speak slowly, clearly, and continuously without long pauses.
4. Recommended resolution: HD format (1280 × 720 or “720p”) or higher.
5. The presentation should include a window box showing the presenter via webcam. This creates a more engaging and personal experience.
6. Follows the conference time limit (as instructed).
1. E-Poster presenters are not required to attend the conference in person.
2. E-Posters must be in PDF format only.
3. Submission deadline is at least 1 month before the conference.
4. Use high-contrast lettering and readable fonts, Include high-quality images.
5. Presenters will receive a soft copy of a Certificate of Participation/Recognition, accredited by the Organizing Committee, along with the Abstract Proceedings Book.
