Abstract Submission Guidelines

Keynote

  1. Submit your Keynote abstract (250–300 words) by the designated deadline
  2. Questions and discussion will be held at the end of the session, which includes multiple talks on a common topic. The session chair will moderate this discussion.
  3. A joint discussion session will be held at the end of each thematic session, moderated by the Session Chair.
  4. Presentation format: .ppt, .doc, .pdf.
  5. Please note that video recording is strictly prohibited during your presentation

Oral

  1. Please keep your presentation strictly within 25 to 30 minutes. The session chair will signal when time is up, and you must conclude promptly.
  2. Questions will not be taken immediately after your talk; instead, all queries will be saved for a group discussion at the session’s end, led by the chair.
  3. The session chair will guide the Q&A segment, ensuring a focused and respectful exchange among presenters and attendees.
  4. Submit your presentation as a .ppt, .doc, or .pdf file to meet the conference technical requirements.
  5. Begin and end your presentation on time to respect the session schedule and other speakers.

Poster

  1. The poster must be in A0 size (841mm x 1189mm), fitting within the poster board dimensions of 950mm (width) x 1250mm (height).Please ensure the poster is not larger than this space so it can fit on the allotted board.
  2. Ensure your poster fits within the allotted board space.
  3. Posters should be in PORTRAIT style
  4. Design the poster to convey a CLEAR MESSAGE. If the message is not clear at first glance, the reader will move on to the next poster.
  5. Text should be large enough to be read from 2-3 meters. Use a minimum of 1 cm height for text and 2.5 cm height for titles.

Video

  1. All videos must be submitted to the Program Manager at least one month before the conference
  2. A good quality should be used close to mouth and speaking should be slow and enunciate clearly, without pausing.
  3. Recommended set for HD format (1280 x 720 or other "720p" setting) or higher.
  4. Include a webcam window showing the speaker. Voice-over presentations without the speaker are not acceptable.
  5. Make sure you check your files before submitting to ensure their quality (video and sound).

Workshop

  1. Plan your workshop to fit within the allocated time, typically 45–60 minutes, including time for participant interaction
  2. learly define learning outcomes and objectives to guide the workshop content and activities.
  3. Use the "6x6 rule" (6 bullet points per slide, each with 6 words or less) to avoid overwhelming the audience with text. 
  4. Incorporate interactive elements such as group discussions, hands-on exercises, or Q&A sessions to keep participants actively involved.
  5. Verify that all required equipment (projector, microphones, internet access) is available and functioning before the session starts.

E-Poster

  1. Submit your E-Poster as a PDF file, optimized for viewing on standard screens without distortion.
  2. Use large, readable fonts and high-contrast colors to ensure text and visuals are clear from a distance.
  3. Keep information concise - focus on key points, use bullet lists, and include visuals like charts or images to support your message.
  4. Upload your E-Poster to the designated platform or send it to the Program Manager at least one month before the conference.
  5. E-Poster presenters are not required to attend the conference in person unless otherwise specified.
